Return & Refund Policy
Our Refunds Policy
• Trucks and Tractors Ltd are happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
• Any returned items must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition and packaging must be intact.
• We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or full refund if goods are not returned in a re-saleable condition or are damaged.
• If the above conditions are adhered to a replacement, exchange or refund will be offered.
• If the item purchased was on a promotional offer the return policy reflects the terms of the promotional price.
• Upon receipt of your item please inspect the package and goods to ensure they are intact and complete, before signing for receipt of delivery.
• If you find the parcel to be damaged or incomplete please refuse delivery of the goods.
• If your product is faulty or covered under warranty any carriage costs incurred shipping the goods back will be refunded in full.

• Any damaged or faulty items must be reported to Trucks and Tractors Ltd within 24 hours of ordering along with any additional information requested.
• In the event where an incorrect part has been ordered or you wish to return an order we will exchange the product free of charge. Delivery carriage is to pay.
• Some parts are subject to restocking fees - this is usually 20% of the product value.
• Your refund may take up to 14 working days.
Returning an Item
• Items can be returned via your local postal service. Alternatively we can arrange for a courier to collect the items.
• Payment for collection may be required. This will be fully refunded in the event of a product defect.
Cancelling an Order
• Cancelling an order may be permitted for any reason before delivery.

VAT Refunds
• All total prices for goods and services at the checkout represent the total, VAT-inclusive price payable by the customer for those items. For deliveries to the European Union (EU), this price includes VAT (or VAT equivalent) at the relevant rate. VAT exempt customers should contact us with their VAT number for a refund.
